A Settlement has been reached with Turnkey Realty LLC (the “Defendant” or “Turnkey”) in a class action lawsuit about a data security incident in which an unauthorized user may have accessed Turnkey’s network and computer systems on or about September 10, 2021. The class action lawsuit is Linneman, et al v. Turnkey Realty LLC, Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas No. 2022-15326.

Settlement Class Members may file claims for Documented Ordinary Losses, Documented Extraordinary Losses, Compensation for Lost Time, and/or Credit Monitoring Services. Please review the Notice for a full description of Settlement benefits. Claim Forms may be submitted electronically by clicking here. The deadline to submit a Claim Form is September 27, 2023.

If you are a Settlement Class Member, your options are:

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OPTIONS IN THIS SETTLEMENT
SUBMIT A CLAIM BY SEPTEMBER 27, 2023

You must submit a valid claim form to receive a payment or credit monitoring services from this Settlement.

DO NOTHING

You will receive no payment and will no longer be able to sue the Defendant over the claims resolved in the Settlement.

EXCLUDE YOURSELF FROM THE SETTLEMENT BY AUGUST 28, 2023

You will receive no benefits, but you will retain your legal claims against the Defendant.

OBJECT BY AUGUST 28, 2023

Write to the Court about why you do not like the settlement. You must remain in the Settlement Class to object to the Settlement.

GO TO A HEARING ON NOVEMBER 9, 2023

Ask to speak in Court about the fairness of the Settlement.

The Court must give final approval to the settlement before it takes effect but has not yet done so. No payments or settlement benefits will be issued until after the court gives final approval and any appeals are resolved.
